Running Schedule for summer.
I will need to get a hot bikini bod before the 4th of July because I am going to Cali where all the beaches are at and I wanna look good in a bikini. :) My hard work out days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Easy work out days Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. My rest day is Sunday. :) Here is my running schedule, it might change over time depending if I get bored with it. Sunday: Rest day Monday: 4 - 6 miles. (normal pace) Tuesday: 3 Easy paced miles. Wednesday: Tempo run for 30 minutes or fart-liq run. Thursday: 2-3 easy miles. Friday: 4 - 6 miles (normal pace) Saturday: Jillian Michaels work out and ab work out videos for 30 minutes to an hour.
